'm late in posting this but our stay was great so it's worthy of this delayed review. Thank you Lisa for your prompt, friendly & professional interaction. It made the booking easy & positive. It was a relief to confirm the legal situation of the property too. This house provided us with a comfortable, well presented, spacious & convenient home away from home. We walked everywhere from this location, even with three 12yo boys who dislike walking! Times Sq,Radio City,Rockerfeller Ctr, & Broadway were an easy walk. The subway is convenient, & taxis were a quick ride too. Local restaurants & supermarkets are great. Whole Foods & Amish Market are nearby, and just down the street there's great restaurants & a wine bar. A pharmacy/convenience store for late night needs is just a block down 9th. The home is clean & well laid out, and the bathrooms easily serviced our group of 7. Beds & bedding were ridiculously fresh and comfortable and there was ample wardrobe/luggage space. The laundry was fully…

Family trip, three generations, lots of room, nicely appointed, and the location cannot be beat (at this price). Not perfect, Lisa could pay a little more attention to the details. No tissues, furniture ready to fall apart, floor was dirty despite our dutifully removing shoes at the bottom of the stairs. But overall a great place to stay.

Location was ideal - broad range of restaurants to suit every pocket. Subway system, Times Square, Broadway, Central Park etc within walking distance.Yes it is on a 'quieter' street considering its central location but remember this is a relative term.
We found the cleaning crew and Lisa to be very attentive and I would say the photos and previous reviews are a true reflection of the apartment

We absolutely loved this place! We were four couples (the husbands were all brothers) traveling to the city to celebrate our anniversaries. The location of this property was perfect and within walking distance to so many of the sights that we wanted to see. It was also spacious enough that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other all the time. The bedrooms were incredibly large and there was plenty of seating for all 8 of us. At the end of the trip, everyone said they would definitely stay here again if we do another trip to NY. Lisa was very responsive when we contacted her, and always responded within 24 hours. Prior to booking this location I had inquired at several other properties that met our requirements (4 bedrooms, minimum of 2 baths, location, etc). Lisa was the only one who responded to my inquiries. Others used automated email responses, but whenever I had a follow-up question I could never get a response - even if I called. Just adding this as a caution to others.…

We had an excellent stay in this well appointed and fabulously located. It never felt crowded, with 5 of us. Close to all amenities, aircon works very well indeed. Kitchen is great, beds comfortable. Free wifi very good also. So good we barely had the TV on at all for 10 days!
